Chenmak (Private) Limited Company is an experienced construction and civil engineering services company with a strong track record in Zimbabwe's construction sector. The company was incorporated in 2020 under the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Since commencing business in July 2020, we have been engaged in various construction projects, specializing in civil construction and irrigation systems. Our services include but are not limited to rendering services, technical product supplies, and maintenance works in the construction industry. We are committed to meeting our clients' demands and constantly seek improvement through valuable feedback from our staff and existing customers. Our Managing Director
Chen Makanjera

Chen Makanjera is a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Management (UZ), Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Property Development and Estate Management (NUST), National Diploma in Valuation and Estate Management (Harare Polytechnic), National Certificate in Quantity Surveying (Harare Polytechnic), Certificate in Practical Project Management (UZ). He has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate management industry

Cecilia Makanjera

Cecilia Makanjera has a strong Finance background. She is a holder of Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in Finance and Banking from University of Zimbabwe. She completed her Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance with Harare Polytechnic. She has ten years' experience in company administration and finance field

Our Technical Director
Everson Chimvere

Everson Chimvere has over twenty years' experience in irrigation systems fixing and installation. Master of Science Land Resources assessment for Development Planning, Bachelor of Science Land Resources Management and Agriculture Honours Degree (Land and Water Resources Management with Midlands State University, Higher National Diploma in Irrigation Engineering with Harare Polytechnic.
